{"id":7189,"date":"2024-10-30T16:10:07","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T15:10:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/?p=7189"},"modified":"2025-01-17T11:37:17","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T10:37:17","slug":"voiture-en-france","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/index.php\/2024\/10\/30\/voiture-en-france\/","title":{"rendered":"La voiture en France : une voie \u00e0 double sens"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Gr\u00e2ce aux donn\u00e9es du parc automobile fran\u00e7ais, Hexagone revient sur les \u00e9volutions r\u00e9centes des ventes et de la circulation des v\u00e9hicules, qui montrent le d\u00e9veloppement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019un march\u00e9 fractur\u00e9 entre d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules neufs minoritaires et de moins en moins polluants, et de l\u2019autre un march\u00e9 de l\u2019occasion o\u00f9 les voitures diesel persistent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-518080e1124441f40dbdf265e56eae39\" style=\"color:#2e7386\">Depuis 10 ans, on assiste \u00e0 la disparition du diesel au profil des v\u00e9hicules hybrides<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2014, les ventes de v\u00e9hicules diesel ont recul\u00e9 de 83%, passant de plus d\u2019un million en 2014 \u00e0 moins de 200 000 en 2023. En parall\u00e8le, elles d&#8217;hybrides ont \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9es par 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/1_13-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7192\" srcset=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/1_13-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/1_13-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/1_13-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/1_13.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3b6e04c46d815000b19ec7cec73dec05\" style=\"color:#2e7386\">Un march\u00e9 automobile morose\u00a0qui peine \u00e0 se remettre de la pand\u00e9mie de 2020<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un rebond de la vente de v\u00e9hicules neufs en 2023, le nombre de ventes reste bien inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on observait en tendance jusqu\u2019en 2019 avec un pic de 2,3 millions de v\u00e9hicules vendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2_10-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2_10-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2_10-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2_10-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2_10.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-55eb19c6b13d7917be6569cfb087d39a\" style=\"color:#2e7386\">Le march\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules d&#8217;occasion repr\u00e9sente les trois quarts des ventes sur les 25 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les ventes de v\u00e9hicules concernent principalement des v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion, repr\u00e9sentant environ trois quarts des ventes depuis au moins les ann\u00e9es 2000, un record a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint en 2021, avec 78 % de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion sur le total des ventes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/3_10-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7195\" srcset=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/3_10-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/3_10-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/3_10-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/3_10.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a00ece90b0a8e6af99d5d417781aaa23\" style=\"color:#2e7386\">Cons\u00e9quence directe\u00a0: l&#8217;\u00e2ge moyen des v\u00e9hicules du parc est de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Reposant principalement sur des ventes de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion, le parc automobile fran\u00e7ais vieillit depuis 30 ans, passant d\u2019un \u00e2ge moyen de 5,8 ans en 1990 \u00e0 presque 10 ans aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4_7-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7196\" srcset=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4_7-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4_7-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4_7-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4_7.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-713c72284fd681bd55f42795abab2ac8\" style=\"color:#2e7386\">Dualit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e entre les deux march\u00e9s\u00a0: le diesel a quasiment disparu du march\u00e9 du neuf mais restent pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans l\u2019occasion<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous l\u2019avons vu, la vente de v\u00e9hicules diesel neufs a quasiment disparu. En revanche, en ce qui concerne le march\u00e9 de l\u2019occasion, les moteurs diesel conservent leur importance, avec 51% des ventes sur ce march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/5_9-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/5_9-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/5_9-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/5_9-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/5_9.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b47b43c424af1ebc3f9b560c7926144f\" style=\"color:#2e7386\">La mise en place des vignettes Crit\u2019Air a accompagn\u00e9 le mouvement de renouvellement du parc automobile, plus qu\u2019elle ne l\u2019a lanc\u00e9<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Instaur\u00e9e en 2017, la vignette Crit\u2019Air est venu accompagner un mouvement de renouvellement du parc automobile fran\u00e7ais afin de respecter les engagements de la France en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vignette est class\u00e9e en six cat\u00e9gories, allant de 0 (pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ou tr\u00e8s peu polluants) \u00e0 5 (pour les v\u00e9hicules les plus polluants), et permet de g\u00e9rer l\u2019acc\u00e8s des v\u00e9hicules aux zones \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission ainsi que les aides \u00e0 l\u2019achat de v\u00e9hicules moins polluants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/6_5-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7198\" srcset=\"https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/6_5-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/6_5-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/6_5-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/observatoire-hexagone.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/6_5.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1887d54b804a46a86860e8a5beb5a9da\" style=\"color:#2e7386\">La mise en place des vignettes fracture le territoire\u00a0: les Crit\u2019Air 3, 4 et 5, bient\u00f4t exclues des zones \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission, sont particuli\u00e8rement nombreuses dans les communes pauvres<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la cadre de la future interdiction des v\u00e9hicules Crit\u2019Air 3 dans les M\u00e9tropoles de Paris et de Lyon d\u00e8s 2025, Hexagone a analys\u00e9 les 500 communes fran\u00e7aises de plus de 100 habitants o\u00f9 la proportion de v\u00e9hicules class\u00e9s Crit\u2019Air 3, 4 et 5 est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et les a compar\u00e9es \u00e0 celles o\u00f9 cette proportion est moindre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le constat est frappant : le revenu m\u00e9dian y est inf\u00e9rieur de 12 000 euros, soit un \u00e9cart de 40 %. Cette situation r\u00e9v\u00e8le une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pr\u00e9occupante : non seulement les propri\u00e9taires de ces v\u00e9hicules jug\u00e9s polluants risquent une exclusion progressive des centres-villes, mais l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des v\u00e9hicules plus r\u00e9cents leur sera plus difficile d\u2019un point de vue financier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
